Real-time data exchange
Product information (stock, prices, descriptions) is updated from SAP to the store. Orders are passed from the store to SAP. Customer data is synchronised both ways.
Automated order processing
When the customer places an order in the store, it goes directly into SAP as a sales order. SAP creates the invoice, delivery address and stock movements — without manual entry.
API-based integration
We use SAP OData or RFC for integration. Secure APIs, OAuth or certificate authentication, 24/7 monitoring. For smaller customers or older systems we also offer file-based solutions (CSV, XML, EDI).
